Acai bowl

What you'll need:

FOR THE ACAI

  • 1 sugar free Acai tube
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or blueberry flavor)
  • Almond milk as much as needed

TOPPINGS

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • Banana
  • Hemp seeds
  • Chia seeds
  • Granolē

 

Procedure:

  1. Freeze your fruit:
  2. Make sure the banana and berries are fully frozen. Break up the açaí pack into smaller chunks if needed.
  3. Blend the base: In a high-powered blender, add the açaí, banana, berries, and milk. Blend on low or use the “pulse” function. Stir as needed—don’t over-blend.
  4. It should be thick like soft-serve, not runny.
  5. Scoop and smooth:Pour the thick mixture into a bowl and smooth the top with a spoon.
  6. Add toppings:Get creative with your toppings—add crunch, creaminess, and color with a mix of fruits, seeds, and your Granolē.
  7. Enjoy right away:
  8. Serve immediately to enjoy the perfect cold and creamy texture.
