Blended chia pudding

What You'll Need:

FOR THE PUDDING

  • 40 gr chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant-based milk (almond, oat, or coconut)
  • 4 dates
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon

 

FOR THE TOPPING

  • ½ banana
  • Blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ⅓ cup Granolē

 

How to Make It:

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, chia seeds, ½ banana, dates, greek yogurt, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a jar or bowl.
  4. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings like granola, berries, nut butter, or coconut flakes.
